7 to 10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Platform/Product with a strong background in HCM S/4HANA On Premise solutions. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise applications and a deep understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes & Saudi Payroll. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a team to deliver high quality software solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement HCM S/4HANA On Premise solutions to enhance business processes.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct system testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing HCM applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to HCM and S/4HANA.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides for future reference. Mandatory
Skills:
• Strong expertise in HCM S/4HANA On Premise solutions with Saudi Payroll
• Proficient in programming languages such as ABAP, Java, or similar.
• Experience with database management systems, particularly SAP HANA.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred
Skills:
• Experience with cloud based HCM solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5.
• Knowledge of integration tools and techniques for SAP systems.
• Experience in working with DevOps practices and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in software development, specifically with HCM S/4HANA On Premise.
• Relevant certifications in SAP HCM or S/4HANA are a plus.
