The Opportunity We are looking for an energetic, organised and people-oriented professional to help build and manage the SPG Leaders community. You will work closely with the SPG leadership team to engage members, coordinate leadership programmes, create valuable participant experiences and strengthen relationships across the procurement and supply chain community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating programmes and taking ownership in a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Community Building & Member Engagement
• Manage member onboarding, registrations, communications and engagement across SPG community channels.
• Build relationships with members and prospective participants.
• Maintain an updated database of members, speakers and community contacts.
• Identify relevant procurement and supply chain professionals for SPG programmes.
• Encourage participation, repeat engagement and member referrals.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the community experience. 2. Leadership Programmes & Event Coordination
• Coordinate SPG Inner Circles, Procurement Clinics, leadership masterclasses and other programmes from planning through execution.
• Manage invitations, registrations, venues, agendas, logistics and participant communications.
• Coordinate with speakers, moderators and participants to ensure smooth programme delivery.
• Support event-day operations, feedback collection and post-programme follow-ups.
• Help develop engaging formats that encourage peer interaction and practical learning.
• Maintain event calendars, budgets, checklists and execution trackers. 3. Programme Content & Learning Support
• Coordinate with practitioners and subject-matter experts on programme topics and sessions.
• Help capture key takeaways and turn discussions into useful learning resources.
• Support the preparation of programme briefs, speaker introductions and participant communications.
• Work with the digital media team to amplify programme highlights and community insights. 4. Operations & Reporting
• Maintain member databases, speaker records, attendance trackers and feedback reports.
• Monitor registrations, attendance, repeat participation and referrals.
• Prepare regular updates on community engagement and programme performance.
• Develop reusable templates and processes to improve execution.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality and participant experience. Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate in any discipline; business, management, procurement or supply chain qualifications are preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in community management, programme coordination, event management, customer engagement or procurement/supply chain.
• Basic understanding of procurement or corporate business environments is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organisational, coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and digital communication tools.
• Willingness to travel for programmes when required. Key Competencies
