Role Description The Franchise Development Manager intern will support the growth of WRAPCHICK PIZZA’s franchise network, working on-site in Kolaghat. This internship role involves identifying and qualifying prospective franchise partners, managing lead pipelines, and assisting with initial franchise sales conversations. The intern will help prepare business plans, presentations, and franchise proposals, and coordinate meetings, property visits, and documentation with potential franchisees. Day-to-day activities include market research, tracking inquiries, supporting training and onboarding processes for new franchise partners, and collaborating with operations and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and expansion goals. Qualifications
• Able to develop FOCO Model of the Company.
• Franchise Sales and Franchising skills, with the ability to engage prospective franchise partners and explain franchise models clearly.
• Business Planning skills to support preparation of basic financial projections, market assessments, and franchise proposals.
• Lead Generation skills to source, qualify, and manage potential franchise inquiries through multiple channels.
• Training-related skills to assist in onboarding new franchise partners and supporting initial operational training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort in client-facing discussions and negotiations.
• Ability to work on-site , manage multiple tasks, and maintain organised records of franchise activities.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage or retail operations is beneficial; prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
• Pursuing or having completed a degree or diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. •
