Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with 5 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Workday integration tools and the ability to work with business and technical teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations.
• Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and PECI/PICOF.
• Work with inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve production issues.
• Perform integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Work with functional teams to understand integration requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications and integration documentation.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and regression testing.
• Ensure integration solutions follow security and data governance standards. Required Skills
• 5 8 years of Workday Integration experience.
• Strong experience in Workday Studio and EIB.
• Experience with Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON.
• Experience with third-party system integrations.
• Good understanding of Workday HCM data and business processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
