Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in the Pune Division in a full-time capacity, collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver end-to-end interior design solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing mood boards and presentations, creating detailed drawings, and selecting finishes, materials, and furnishings. The role involves conducting site visits and measurements, coordinating with vendors for procurement and installation, and ensuring designs are executed according to quality, budget, and timeline requirements. The Interior Designer will also support project documentation, participate in client meetings, and assist in resolving design or execution issues as they arise. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Space Planning and Interior Design skills to create functional, aesthetically balanced layouts.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to coordinate effectively with project teams and ensure accurate execution.
• Candidates should possess experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and specification to align with design concepts and project budgets.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Adobe Suite) is beneficial.
• Demonstrated portfolio of residential and/or commercial design projects, showcasing concept development, detailing, and completed work.
• Strong communication, client management, and time-management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
