About the Role
Chai Nagri is looking for a creative Social Media Executive to grow our online presence, create engaging content, and connect with our audience across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the brand’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media accounts.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar for products, outlets, campaigns, and brand activities.
• Create engaging reels, stories, posts, and captions that reflect Chai Nagri’s voice.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and outlet teams for content creation.
• Capture and edit photos and short videos for social media.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly.
• Identify relevant trends and develop fresh content ideas.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and track deliverables.
• Monitor reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.
• Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements. Requirements
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and good time management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with teams.
• Experience in food, beverage, hospitality, or retail marketing is a plus.
