Core Java Development
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, Java 8+ features (Streams, Lambdas, Functional Interfaces).
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Apply OOP principles, design patterns, and modular programming.
• Work with data structures and performance optimizations.
• Debug complex issues and refactor legacy components. Backend Development (Java/J2EE)
• Develop robust backend services using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security.
• Build RESTful APIs with proper request/response validation, error handling, and versioning.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role‑based access control.
• Design and develop Microservices with inter-service communication patterns.
• Work with API gateways, service registry, and configuration servers etc. Database & PL/SQL
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts
• Strong Hands-on/understanding of Elasticsearch
• Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
• Design efficient database queries and optimize existing SQL for high performance.
• Work with data modeling, indexing, and query execution planning. System Design & Architecture
• Design scalable, fault‑tolerant, and modular systems.
• Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
• Experience in distributed system design, microservices decomposition, and integration patterns.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making. Agile Delivery
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments with iterative delivery.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, retrospectives, and code reviews.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members. Testing & Code Quality
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and regression tests using JUnit/TestNG.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Spring test clients.
• Validate response codes, headers, payloads, and error scenarios.
• Ensure high-quality code through reviews, static analysis tools, and CI workflows. DevOps & Deployment Awareness
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Work with Docker containers for packaging and deployment.
• Knowledge of environment configurations, logging, and monitoring.
• Experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle and Git version control. Must‑Have Skills
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE (8+ years).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot & Microservices.
• Proficient in PL/SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• REST API development with solid understanding of distributed systems.
• Strong foundation in OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows. Good‑to‑Have Skills
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (React.js, Angular.js)
• Experience with large‑scale data handling.
• Awareness of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, secure coding).
