Role Description The E&M Outpatient role at NTT DATA, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves reviewing and analyzing outpatient evaluation and management (E&M) documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable guidelines and client requirements. Daily responsibilities include interpreting clinical information, validating codes and charges, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. The E&M Outpatient professional will contribute to quality assurance activities, maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant standards and processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires consistent adherence to organizational policies while meeting productivity and quality targets and providing reliable support to clients and colleagues. Qualifications
• 3+ Year of experience in any Healthcare BPO _ EM OUTPATIENT Multispecialty/ CPC certification mandatory
• QC role. Ability to provide audit feedback to the team.
• Should identify documentation deficiency trend.
• Highlights documentation deficiency / Play SME role for freshers.
• Good knowledge in EM outpatient coding and multispecialty + Procedure codes.
• 1+ year(s) of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST and the shift timings can be changed as per client requirements.
• Flexibility to accommodate overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
• Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively in English to exchange information with our client.
