Role DescriptionAIRKRIT India is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Interns to promote the company's training programs, internship opportunities, certifications, and professional development offerings. This role provides hands-on experience in marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Marketing Executive position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote AIRKRIT India's programs and services through social media, online communities, networking, and other outreach channels.
• Identify, engage, and generate potential leads among students, freshers, and prospective learners.
• Communicate program details, address inquiries, and follow up with interested candidates.
• Assist in converting qualified leads into enrollments and support the company's sales initiatives.
• Maintain lead databases, track follow-ups, and report on marketing and lead-generation activities.
• Suggest and implement strategies to improve audience engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates. Qualifications and Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, business development, and customer engagement.
• Confidence in interacting with prospective customers and promoting programs.
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Self-motivation, a proactive attitude, and willingness to work toward defined goals.

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000.
