Role Description The SQL Developer role at Nividence is a full-time, on-site position based in Andhra Pradesh, India. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining SQL databases and related data structures that support analytics, reporting, and operational systems. The SQL Developer will work on building and optimizing ETL processes, implementing data models, and ensuring data integrity and performance across database environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing efficient SQL queries and scripts, collaborating with analysts and product teams to understand data needs, troubleshooting database issues, and contributing to the improvement of data architecture and best practices. The role also includes documenting technical solutions and participating in code reviews to maintain quality and consistency. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Database Development and Database Design to build, optimize, and maintain scalable data solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and Data Modeling to support reliable data pipelines and analytics.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data requirements, diagnose issues, and propose effective technical solutions.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in SQL (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning) and familiarity with relational database systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Relevant qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Additional beneficial skills include experience with BI/reporting tools, version control (e.g., Git), data security best practices, and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
