Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at client sites or internal project locations. This role coordinates and supervises site activities, ensuring that project plans, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met. The Site Supervisor monitors team performance, assigns tasks, and provides clear guidance to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and operational processes. They collaborate with project managers, digital marketing specialists, and clients to resolve issues, track progress, and report on site performance. The role also involves enforcing safety and compliance standards, maintaining accurate documentation, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery. Qualifications
• Operational and supervisory skills, including team coordination, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple site activities and deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and clients.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing workflows, campaign execution, and project processes (experience in a marketing or agency environment is an advantage).
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges and maintain project quality.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, maintain professional conduct, and uphold safety and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in commonly used productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project tracking software, email, and documentation tools).
• Relevant educational background in management, operations, marketing, or a related field; prior experience in site supervision or team leadership is preferred.
