Role Description As a Freelance Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Trainer at OLL.co, you will deliver hands-on training sessions to school-age learners, focusing on robotics concepts, introductory AI, and practical applications. This part-time, on-site role is based in Ludhiana and involves planning lessons, preparing training materials, and conducting interactive workshops in collaboration with schools and learning centers. You will guide learners in building and programming robots, understanding basic AI principles, and applying problem-solving techniques to real-world scenarios. The role also includes monitoring learner progress, troubleshooting technical issues during sessions, and providing feedback to help improve the training curriculum and learner outcomes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Robotics and Robot operation to deliver practical, hands-on training.
• Candidates should possess skills in Robotic Welding to demonstrate and explain industrial and applied robotics processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance to safely handle classroom equipment and resolve technical issues.
• Experience teaching or mentoring learners in STEM, robotics, or AI-related topics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way.
• Comfort working on-site in school or training environments in Ludhiana on a part-time, flexible schedule.
• Relevant technical qualification (diploma, certification, or degree) in robotics, engineering, AI, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with educational tools, robotics kits, or introductory AI platforms will be an advantage.
