Role: Analyst – People Operations (Compliance)
Business Unit: Capability Hubs (US HR Operations)

Bangalore, India, Hybrid Geo Supported: United States Shift Timings: US Shift (4:30 PM – 1:00 AM IST) The Analyst People Operations (Compliance) supports end-to-end HR compliance operations for the US business by ensuring accurate data management, regulatory adherence, and timely execution of compliance driven processes. The role focuses on monitoring employee compliance, maintaining HR data integrity, generating reports, and supporting audit-ready documentation while adhering to defined SLAs and quality standards. The analyst will be responsible for managing aspects of the HR data, information and document management processing. The role holder will need good communication and stakeholder management skills and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities Operational administrative duties to include:
• Daily updates and revisions to employee data and information storedin HR administrative systems
• Maintain accurate employee records within HR administrativesystems, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
• Indexing of documentation by adding key operational data for storagein document management systems
• Generate HR-related reports and provide data analysis as needed
• Maintain HR files and documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping and adherence to document retention policies
• Oversee the reporting mailbox and accurately complete reportingrequests within agreed SLA
• Communicate with stakeholders(internal and external) and onshoreteam members/leadership team, throughout all processes
• Ability to follow standard processes and identify and report anypotential issues, understanding when to escalate
• Ensure all requirements are adhered to through compliance with allappropriate policies and procedures.
• When applicable create and update SOPs Skills and Experience
• Effective communication, ability to articulate in both written andverbal communication to a variety of stakeholders (internal andexternal), including firm professionals, onshore team members andleadership, which will include senior managers, Directors andPartners
• Strong attention to detail and investigative nature to ensure allelements of the submission process have been accurately completedand all data collected is accurate
• Ability to think on your feet with excellent innovation and problem-solving skills. Analytical approach to work, good innovation andcontinuous improvement
• Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise own work, deliver todeadlines, train new colleagues and thrive under pressure
• Self-Motivated, adaptable and flexible, takes ownership of issues andsees them through to resolution Qualifications Educational qualifications
• Non-tech graduate
- BA, B. Com, B.
Ed or BE, BCA Work experience •6 months
- 1 year of work experience in relevant domain•Preferred exposure to international work setup Mandatory technical & functional skills
• MS Office suite including Outlook and Advanced Excel
• IT literate, proven experience of working with multiple systems
• Proficient data Skills and business tools to create reports Preferred technical & functional skills
• Experience of working in an operational environment
