We are hiring a Production Head in Sanand.

Job Title: Production Head (Electrical)

Department: Production

(Only Male Can Apply)

Location: Sanand

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturdays and Sundays Off)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Age Limit: 23 to 35 years
Education: Bachelor's/Master’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a similar role

Roles & Responsibilities:

• New Job Work Management:
  Evaluate and plan new production jobs, create technical documentation, assess raw material availability, and ensure timely execution. Strong English communication is essential.

• Maintenance & Repairs:
  Coordinate with the service team, assess defective products, document service cases, and maintain turnaround time (TAT) efficiency.

• Manufacturing Supervision:
  Organize and manage team workflows, distribute tasks, and resolve on-ground production challenges. Prepare daily and weekly work plans.

• Inventory Control:
  Oversee inventory levels in collaboration with the team, conduct regular stock checks, and resolve stock-related issues effectively.

• Quality Control & Feedback:
  Develop and implement quality assurance procedures. Conduct inspections and ensure continuous improvement based on customer feedback.

• Training & Documentation:
  Design and deliver training programs, monitor team performance, and maintain detailed records of progress and efficiency improvements.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office and relevant production management software

• In-depth technical knowledge of industrial automation panels, instrumentation, electrical components, and panel wiring

• Strong time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Quality-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset

• Excellent team leadership, collaboration, and training abilities

• Adaptable to new technologies and evolving standard operating procedures (SOPs)
