Job Description:
A junior technician supports senior staff in performing installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of technical equipment and systems by assisting with diagnosis, conducting routine maintenance, resolving basic issues, documenting activities, and maintaining inventory. Responsibilities vary by industry, but generally involve ensuring equipment and software operate efficiently, providing first-level technical support to users, and learning new technical skills under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
