Mandatory Skills : ERP Implementation, ERP Training (Only Oracle), SCM Module experience
Note : Only "Trainer" profile will not work out for this position only who is having ERP Implementation and ERP Training experience with Finance domain experience on modules will be considered.

Opkey invites you to join its fast-growing e-learning Team in India, as Product Trainer. As a Product Trainer . The role involves developing, coordinating, and conducting training sessions for client and internal teams to ensure effective use of finance modules within Oracle/Workday.
Job Description:
- Conduct online training sessions for Opkey customers and employees for multiple Functional/technical areas.
- Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, gaps, and learning objectives.
- Prepare training materials, including user manuals, quick reference guides, video tutorials, and other supporting documents.
- Lead hands-on workshops, one-on-one training, and support sessions to reinforce learning.
- Stay updated with Oracle/Workday updates and enhancements to keep training materials current.
Skills required for the role: - Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Certification in Oracle modules is highly desirable.
- Proven experience (2+ years) delivering SCM module training in Oracle environments.
- Strong understanding of SCM and accounting principles, especially as they apply within Oracle ERP systems.
- Excellent ability to explain and convey complex technical topics in an easy-to-absorb way.
- Have sound knowledge of learning theories such as adult learning principles.
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results
