Job Title: Guest relation Executive

 Job Description:

• To ensure that all guests have a comfortable, pleasant and memorable experience during

their arrival and to welcome and provide a positive and rewarding experience to Guests

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests, manage reservations.
• Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
• Help prepare welcome collateral.
• Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services.
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
• Offer assistance and enhance Guest experiences.
• Address customer complaints and escalate to Outlet Manager when needed.
• Record information in the logbook daily.
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduates, with 5-7 years experience in a similar position.
• Well Groomed, Good looking, Presentable, Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, People handling skills, Ability to work under pressure, knowledge of foreign language.
