About the Role: 

As the Assistant Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of new store openings, renovations, and interior fit-out projects across cafés and corporate spaces. The role requires strong on-ground execution, stakeholder coordination, and technical expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with Blue Tokai's brand and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end execution of new store opening and renovation projects from site handover to final handover.

 • Coordinate civil, interior fit-out, MEP, signage, and finishing works to ensure timely project completion. 

• Prepare and track project timelines, budgets, BOQs, and execution schedules.

 • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.

 • Coordinate with Business Development, Design, Procurement, Operations, consultants, contractors, landlords, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.

 • Ensure adherence to approved drawings, brand standards, statutory requirements, and quality benchmarks.

 • Track vendor performance, material deliveries, project milestones, and site progress to minimize delays and cost overruns.

 • Ensure timely project closure, documentation, snag resolution, and smooth handover of stores to the Operations team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: BE / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical (MEP), Architecture, or a related field. 

• Experience: 4–7 years of experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, commercial interior fit out, or new store opening projects.

 • Strong understanding of civil, MEP, architectural coordination, and interior fit-out execution. • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. • Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
