10 INDC1A Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day involves troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles &
Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Proactively identify and resolve software-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and debug software problems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for software systems.
- Implement software patches and upgrades to enhance system performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on software applications. Professional & Technical
Skills:
- Must To Have
Skills:
Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety.
- Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and debugging techniques.
- Experience in software patch management and upgrades.
- Knowledge of technical documentation best practices.
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in a software environment. Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Environment Health and Safety.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
