Process Engineering

In the Process Engineering role at India Nippon Electricals, you will focus on optimizing production processes and improving efficiency. Your responsibilities will include analyzing current manufacturing methods and implementing solutions to enhance productivity. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that processes align with quality standards and organizational goals.

• Breakdown and preventive maintenance of the tools, jigs & fixtures.
• Tool condition monitoring on daily basis and corrective actions.
• Tool & consumables issue to production and keeping records of the same.
• Inventory management of all the tools, consumables and spare parts.
• Regrinding of perishable tools i.e. Broach, reamer and drill bits and ensuring timely availability.
• Tool receiving, inspection, tryout  and maintaining documents.
• Process revalidation and maintaining records of the same.
• Tool life monitoring and updation of tool master cards.
• Taking temperature profiles of the ovens and generating the reports.
• Participating in daily rejection analysis meeting and taking corrective actions.
• Implementing Kaizens and horizontal deployment of the same.
• Conducting and monitoring of trials for tools & consumables and generating the reports. 
• Solving quality related issues and providing support to production.
• Implementation of poka-yoke and monitoring.
• Updation of QMS documents and maintaining the records.
• Maintaining 5S in the respective area.
