- Telephonic/WhatsApp Consultation: Counsel patients on correct medication usage, potential side effects, and storage of prescribed drugs.
- Order Management: Process and dispense medicines, coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely home delivery.
- Database Maintenance: Update patient records, maintain accurate logs of online pharmacy transactions, and manage electronic data.
- Customer Support: Handle inbound/outbound calls and chats to address customer inquiries regarding deliveries, stock availability, or medicine information.
- Compliance & Audit: Adhere strictly to Pharmacy Act and Company safety protocols, including documenting ADRs (Adverse Drug Reactions).
