Job Description
"1. 6+ years of total experience with 3+ years in SQL Server DBA or similar role
2. Extensive experience in shouldering responsibility for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical SQL Server RDBMS systems
3. Experience with Performance Tuning, Optimization, backups, restores and recovery
4. Experience of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server
5. Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time
6. Provide suggestions for solutions
7. Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
8. Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. Experience with Agile Methodology
