- Lead product development initiatives, from conceptualization to delivery, in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and commercial value.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and user feedback to drive continuous product improvements.
- Define and analyze key metrics to measure the success of products and inform decision-making.
- Assist in creating and maintaining the product roadmap to meet growing market demands.
- Work with engineers and designers on ideation, wireframing, and launching new product initiatives.
- Support customer-facing teams with data insights, reports, and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct usability studies, research, and market analysis to inform product requirements.
- Prioritize product ideas, manage product launch activities, and drive user engagement.
- Partner with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and success of product strategies.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in product management, data science, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully leading product development projects.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Advanced project management and risk management skills.
- Knowledge of programming languages and technology is a plus.
- MBA or relevant certifications in product management are preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
