Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog components.
• Build and enhance AI-enabled workflows using Now Assist and AI Agents.
• Develop reusable platform components following Platform Engineering standards .
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Develop and execute Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases.
• Optimize application performance, security, and upgrade compatibility.
• Produce technical documentation and reusable development assets.
