osition Overview Octane Fitness is seeking an experienced, proactive, and leadership-driven Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional member experience, and drive business growth at our Mohali Sector 70 facility. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management - Supervise daily gym operations. - Ensure equipment maintenance and cleanliness. - Maintain staff schedules and operational SOP adherence. 2. Sales & Revenue Growth - Drive monthly membership sales. - Monitor and execute sales strategies and promotions. - Track daily sales performance and targets. 3. Staff Management - Lead and motivate trainers, sales staff, and housekeeping. - Conduct staff meetings and training sessions. - Ensure discipline and grooming standards. 4. Member Experience & Customer Relations - Ensure smooth member journey and satisfaction. - Handle escalations and resolve complaints. - Build strong client relationships. 5. Administration & Reporting - Manage attendance, membership records, and renewals. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. - Ensure CRM accuracy and proper documentation. 6. Marketing & Outreach - Execute local marketing and promotional activities. - Assist in social media content support when needed. - Build corporate tie-ups and local partnerships. Required Skills & Qualifications - 2 5 years of management experience (gym preferred). - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Sales-driven mindset with target-oriented approach. - Knowledge of CRM and administrative tools. Personal Attributes - Energetic and fitness-oriented. - Confident, organized, and proactive. - Strong interpersonal and multitasking ability.
