--- ## **Job Title: Account Assistant** ### **Job Summary** The Account Assistant supports the accounting department in daily financial tasks, bookkeeping, documentation, and reporting. The role ensures accurate and timely recording of transactions and helps maintain organized financial records. --- ## **Key Responsibilities** ### **1. Accounting & Bookkeeping** * Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments). * Assist in preparing vouchers (PV, RV, JV). * Update accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) ledgers. * Reconcile bank statements and company accounts. ### **2. Financial Documentation** * Maintain accurate and complete financial documents. * Organize invoices, receipts, and supporting documents. * Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. ### **3. Support to Accountant/Finance Manager** * Assist with month-end closing activities. * Provide support during audits by preparing required schedules and documents. * Help with budgeting and expense tracking. ### **4.
