Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (HRSD Module) Experience Required: 5 years overall, with at least 2+ years of experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Module Job Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and a solid understanding of ServiceNow scripting and integration. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of overall experience, with at least 2+ years working specifically with the HRSD module. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and customizing ServiceNow HRSD solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the business. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on streamlining HR processes and improving user experience. Customize and configure HRSD modules (e.g., Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, HR Profiles, and HR Requests) to meet organizational requirements. Develop and modify ServiceNow scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions) to automate and enhance HR workflows and processes. Integrate ServiceNow HRSD module with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations to improve data exchange and automation. Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing the Employee Service Center (ESC) and other HRSD portals for a seamless user experience. Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the HRSD module. Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support for HRSD implementations. Follow ServiceNow development best practices, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers and assist with peer reviews of customizations and configurations. Participate in full development lifecycle activities, including requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5 years of overall ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2+ years focused on HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions). In-depth knowledge and experience of HRSD modules (Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR Requests, Knowledge Management). Solid experience in ServiceNow integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server. Ability to design and implement solutions for HR workflows, ensuring they are scalable and efficient. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth and continuous service delivery. Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and Service Portal is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
