We’re seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist with deep expertise in Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and Meta Ads Manager) to manage, grow, and optimize our social presence. The ideal candidate knows how to blend data-driven strategy with creative storytelling to build engaged communities and drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Meta-focused social media strategies aligned with brand goals and KPIs. Manage daily operations across Facebook, Instagram, and Threads, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and community management. Plan and optimize Meta ad campaigns (traffic, conversions, lead generation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, etc.). Analyze campaign performance using Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, visuals, and copy. Stay current on Meta algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging social media trends. Manage social budgets, ensuring efficient ad spend and strong ROI. Create detailed reports and dashboards to present performance metrics to internal stakeholders. Qualifications 2 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta social channels and ad campaigns. Proven record of improving engagement rates, reach, and conversions through Meta platforms. Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel tracking, Custom Audiences, and A/B testing. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills. Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on analytics. Bonus: Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
