Job description: At Techdweep, we help clients across India, the US, UK, Europe, and Australia build smart digital solutions from client portals and SaaS platforms to workflow automations, mobile apps, and API-driven tools. We’re expanding our leadership team and looking for a Project Manager who can guide projects from concept to completion, working closely with both clients and our in-house specialists. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver projects across No-Code/Low-Code platforms (Airtable, Softr, Make.com, Zapier, Jotform, FlutterFlow) as well as MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth updates and clear communication. Oversee planning, task assignment, and delivery timelines using tools like ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or Airtable. Keep projects on track by managing changing requirements, removing blockers, and handling risks. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and follow-ups across all active projects. Juggle multiple projects at once without compromising on deadlines or quality. What We’re Looking For 1 2 years’ experience managing web/app/automation projects or SaaS-based solutions. Familiarity with No-Code tools and a good understanding of the web development cycle (MERN knowledge is a plus). Skilled at using project management and collaboration tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global client environment.
