Key Responsibilities: Identify and track government & private tenders via portals and publications Analyze tender documents (NIT, BOQ, SOW, GCC, SCC) for technical & commercial feasibility Prepare and submit PQ, technical & commercial bids within deadlines Coordinate with finance, technical, HR, purchase & project teams Prepare BOQs, costing sheets, rate analysis & price bids (with approvals) Manage e-tender portals, vendor registration & empanelment Prepare technical write-ups, credentials & presentations Handle post-bid clarifications, negotiations & LOA acceptance Prepare contracts, BGs, undertakings & compliance documents Ensure accuracy, confidentiality & full tender compliance Skills & Expertise Required: Strong exposure to GeM, CPPP, State & PSU tender portals Sound knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis & specifications Familiarity with EMD, BG, PFMS, LD, PBG, NIT & RFP terms Excellent documentation, negotiation & communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel, PDF tools & e-tendering platforms Performance Metrics: Number of tenders submitted Bid accuracy & compliance Tender win ratio Timely submissions Cost optimization & documentation quality
