Job Title: Site Surveyor Location: Kharadi, Pune Department: Engineering / Survey Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Site Surveyor to handle land and construction layout surveying at our project site in Kharadi. The candidate will be responsible for taking accurate measurements, preparing levels and coordinates, and ensuring the site layout matches design drawings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct topographical and layout surveys using total station, GPS, and leveling instruments. Set out coordinates, benchmarks, and levels as per approved drawings. Verify site dimensions, elevations, and alignment before execution. Prepare and maintain survey data, reports, and drawings. Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Project Manager for layout verification. Recheck dimensions during excavation, foundation, and structural work. Ensure accuracy in all measurements and report discrepancies immediately. Requirements: Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or Surveying. 3 7 years of experience in site surveying for building or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in Total Station, AutoCAD, and MS Excel. Strong understanding of levels, coordinates, and construction layouts. Attention to detail and ability to work independently on-site. Work Location: Kharadi, Pune (On-site role)
