Title:Sr Technical Professional - PipingStress Engineer :It is the responsibility of the Piping Mechanical/Stress Engineer to:Carry out the necessary calculations to ensure that all loading conditions, which may be experienced by a piping system, are considered and catered for, within the design.Ensure that piping systems comply fully with the stress analysis requirements specifiedIssue approved stress isometrics for critical lines as required.Prepare stress calculations and nozzle loads summaries demonstrating Code compliance and prepare a Stress Analysis Report containing calculations and information for each piping system analyzed (when required by the Client).Confirm that the design of piping, pipe supports, and piping mechanical special piping (SP) items are in accordance with the requirements of the applicable ASME codes, industry standards and all applicable project, client and Company procedures and specifications.The Candidate shall be able to performPipe Stress Analysis CalculationsPlant Layout Comments - loads to all other disciplinesPiping Mechanical SpecificationsSpecial StudiesSpecial Piping (SP) Item Calculations, Drawings, and Data SheetsSpecial Piping (SP) Item Requisition WorksheetsPipe Support DrawingsPipe Support Requisition WorksheetsPipe Support LocationsKnowledge of Caesar II software to perform flexibility analysisKnowledge of Support selection and support design , spl support Drawing creationShould be well verse in Fatigue/Blast, FPSO Hog, Sag and structural consideration Knowledge of Navis Model / Review Reality is a mustKnowledge of AIV/FIV is preferableExcellent skill to Guide young engineers to perform the workKnowledge in Pml macros development will be added advantage
