In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Define and implement the quality vision, strategy, and objectives aligned with business goalsLead cross-functional quality initiatives across production, engineering, and supply chainOversee and improve QMS and ensure compliant with relevant certifications and auditsEnsure compliance with industry standards (e.g., RoHS, REACH, CE, UL), customer-specific requirements and ensure customer feedback handlingMaintain and improve QMS documentation, procedures, and controlsMonitor and improve product quality metrics (e.g., FPY, PPM, COPQ)Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external issuesDrive supplier quality development and incoming inspection protocolsManage and mentor the quality assurance and quality control teamsBuild a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement with the teamInterface with key customers on quality matters, audits, and escalationsCollaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design-for-quality and process capability Support Regionalization, localization and new product development initiatives along with Asia Pacific team for specific site-based developments Manage stakeholders as per organization structureWho You Are: You're a seasoned quality leader with deep experience in manufacturing. You drive compliance, and build high-performing teams. Your balanced technical expertise with strategic vision, ensuring quality is not just maintained but elevated as a business advantage. For This Role, You Will Need:10+ years of experience in quality leadership roles within manufacturing, exposure to valves/coils or related components will be an added advantageDeep knowledge of quality tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Six Sigma, GT&D)Proven experience with ISO standards, regulatory audits, and customer quality systemsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Certification in Six Sigma or Lean ManufacturingExperience with ERP and digital quality systemsAbility to influence across functions and drive change Our Culture & Commitment to YouAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
