, IndiaJob Family Group:Commercial and RetailWorker Type:RegularPosting Start Date:November 21, 2025Business unit:Experience Level: Early CareersJob Description: What's the role?As Marketing Advisor- Internal Comms & PR, you responsible for building brand positioning around DE&I through media campaigns and activations, managing social media operations, leading Mobility's PR initiatives in collaboration with the Corporate Relations team, and driving internal communications.What you'll be doingBranding and campaign developmentStrengthen Shell Mobility's DE&I proposition and drive awareness through compelling campaigns, strategic activations, and integrated marketing efforts.Embed DE&I into Shell Mobility's brand narrative and messaging.Lead inclusive marketing campaigns that highlight DE&I initiatives.Deliver brand activations that connect with diverse communities and cultural moments.Ensure all content reflects DE&I principles in tone, imagery, and language.Track brand perception and campaign impact using data-driven insights.PR and Internal CommunicationsCreate and execute a robust PR calendar for the Mobility brand in India and manage multiple agencies for flawless execution.Align key stakeholders with quarterly reviews and performance tracking for PR initiatives.Develop strategies for LinkedIn and other professional platforms to manage brand reputation.Create content for PR articles, internal briefing documents, posts, and emailers.Design a yearly calendar for internal engagement and communications for Mobility in India and identify opportunities to drive engagement across all centers.Social Media OperationsOversee day-to-day operations across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).Ensure timely updates, maintenance, and optimization of platform settings and features.Schedule and publish posts using tools like Sprinklr or native platforms.Track engagement metrics, reach, and platform performance; maintain dashboards or reports.Liaise with web team to ensure social media integrations and campaign landing pages are functional and updated.What we need from youGraduate of Journalism or Mass Communication with 3 -6 years of relevant experience in content creation and basic understanding of social media platforms and operations.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.Active collaboration across cross-functional teams (Fuels, Loyalty, NFR, Sales & Ops, Network, ER, etc.).Ability to innovate by benchmarking industry standards to deliver effective results.Ability to think creatively and deliver communications in constrained environments.Bias for action and agility in execution.What we offerYou bring your skills and experience to Shell and in return you work with talented, committed people on one of the most important challenges facing our planet.
