Your responsibilities will include end-to-end management of design packages and projects, maintaining project profitability, and ensuring all deliverables meet our stringent quality assurance standards.Your roleYou'll work in large, dynamic, multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with some of the best minds in the industry. A background in civil engineering with a passion for delivering multidisciplinary projects in highways, rail, or local authority sectors.About youProven experience in design, maintenance, and supervision of civil or structural projects, with a focus on bridges, highways, or rail environments. Strong project management, financial control, and stakeholder engagement skills, paired with a commercial mindset.A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. BEng/MEng or MSc degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Chartered status and membership with ICE or IStructE.
