Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary: Build and deploy ML models for anomaly detection, traffic prediction, fault classification, and RCA using network telemetry. Develop time series forecasting and pattern detection solutions using ARIMA, LSTM, Prophet, and deep learning methods. Build generative AI models to synthesize alerts, summaries, incident reports, and predictive insights. Develop LLM-based applications for network log summarization, intelligent querying, and remediation suggestion generation. Explore and implement Agentic AI frameworks for autonomous observability and self-healing network systems. Engineer scalable ML pipelines for real-time data processing and model deployment. Integrate ML models with observability tools (Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana, DataDog, Snowflake). Collaborate with data engineers and network authorities to ensure clean, actionable data pipelines. Conduct A/B testing, model monitoring, drift detection, and continuous performance tuning. Skills Required Data Engineering & Observability Context Time series and streaming data pipelines using Kafka, Spark, Flink Data wrangling with Pandas, PySpark, NumPy Understanding of network telemetry: SNMP, NetFlow/IPFIX, Syslog, gNMI Integration with observability tools: Prometheus, Snowflake, DataDog, Splunk, Grafana Machine Learning & Data Science Supervised and unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, clustering, classification, regression Time series modeling: ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM, Temporal Fusion Transformers, Autoencoders Deep learning using TensorFlow or PyTorch Natural Language Processing and sequence modeling with Transformers, BERT, GPT-like models Generative AI techniques (LLMs, VAEs, GANs) applied to alert synthesis, data augmentation, and network simulations Python, SQL, Bash scripting Model serving: FastAPI, Flask, Streamlit Workflow orchestration: Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, Prefect Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field Certifications in ML, MLOps, or cloud platforms (AWS ML Specialty, Azure AI Engineer, Google Professional ML Engineer) Experience in network analytics, financial services, or observability-focused ML applications Publications, patents, or open-source contributions in ML/AI or observability domains Benefits We are looking for intellectually curious people, passionate about the bigger picture of how technology industry is evolving, ready to ask difficult questions and deal with complicated scenarios If you are creative and a problem solver, this is the place to be as will be supporting you to fast-forward your career We enhance each employee's potential through personal development through a wide range of learning tools both formal and informal.
