The profile pertains to research and sourcing of entity level information, Terms & Conditions and Ratings data for fixed income securities from various sources and updating the same to a common database. Fixed Income group handles different bond asset classes like Eurobonds, Corporate Bonds, Treasury Auctions, Medium Term Notes, Agency bonds, Certificate of Deposits etc. This also includes maintenance of dynamic and scheduled information on the database which supports data across Refinitiv products and services. Roles and Responsibilities: Validate the accuracy of data received from various sources. Ensure that this information is stored in Refinitiv databases and is accurately reflected on products. To plan and fulfill data enhancements and quality improvement project activities. Take accountability in leading BAU activities and UAT as per the Project roadmap. Respond to data queries from both internal and external clients and provide support to collaborators. Supervise and research Market events in order to anticipate changes. Ensure a deep understanding of the markets and business events. To provide Root Cause Analysis for Data Corrected Cases and identify robust solutions. Mentor and train analysts on database, procedures & products. Frequently run automated/semi-automated checks to maintain high-quality content. Ensure MOW's are documented and maintained. Coordinate and Delegate work as per team requirements. Proactively research and identify New Issue sources (or) ways to improve coverage of the same. Find opportunities for Efficiencies that can streamline the existing processes. Contribution to Global Fixed Income Procedure Calls, QC Group and Senior Analysts Forums. Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry experience and associated number of years of experience: Strong understanding of EJV database and related tools. Strong interpersonal, presentation and business communication skills are critical. Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines. Well versed with MS-Office applications especially MS-Excel, Macros and PowerPoint. Good understanding of Microsoft SQL is vital. Ability to work in different shifts (including night shifts). Possessing computer languages such as Python/R/Java is an added advantage. Ability to co-ordinate and collaborate on Global Forums.
