Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct online research to gather information on companies, decision-makers, technologies, and market trends in the IT services domain.
  • Identify and build databases of prospective clients, leads, and target accounts using online tools, directories, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Validate, clean, and update existing data to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Support the sales and business development team with research-based insights for lead qualification and outreach campaigns.
  • Research competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging technologies to support strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing findings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while handling sensitive business information.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to align research activities with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in web research, data mining, or market research (preferably in the IT services industry).
  • Strong knowledge of IT services, software technologies, and related industry terminology.
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, and other B2B data research platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
