Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our financial products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the FinTech ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate customer needs and market trends into impactful product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and prioritize product roadmap aligned with TrustPaisa's business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to deliver seamless financial products.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in all product features.
  • Define key metrics (KPIs) and measure product performance; drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify pain points in digital lending, payments, collections, and other FinTech domains.
  • Act as the voice of the customer while balancing business needs and technical feasibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the FinTech/Banking/Financial Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital lending, payments, collections, KYC/AML, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and shipping successful digital products.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in analytics and user research.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.
