Content Analyst

This position is for the role of Content Analyst for Real time analytics team (RTA Content).
The process involves monitoring and validating the calculated pricing data on a day to day basis for key analytical FI/FX content sets including timeseries and referencing. The team is also responsible to work and deliver critical Content improvements, delivering the content migrations, engage with the development teams on the testing the content release changes. The team needs to ensure to provide seamless support for our FIFX analytical content and act as a point of contact for any pricing related queries, client issues on prices and charting etc on various products like Eikon, Workspace, Datascope select, data scope equity and Data stream.

Crucial Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1) Monitoring, validating and confirming the accuracy of prices that have been received from our sources.

2) Work with various internal teams to identify trends and areas of concern raised by clients with solutions to reduce client queries for the queried content.

3)To add new content & increase coverage on FI/FX analytical Instruments and work on projects adhering to all quality & compliance requirements.

4) Address client queries by sharing the relevant details to the clients.

7) To engage directly with other source/production and development teams on regular basis to ensure constant development.

8) To match the department wise monthly matrix without any breach.

9) Work optimally within teams or by yourself, proactively identifying and resolving the issues.

10) Assist where required in data projects and testing.

11) Liaise directly with internal and external clients.

12) To be able to fulpledgely work on projects and migrations supporting seniors or specialists.

Required Skills:

• Good Financial Market Knowledge, Strong understanding of Bonds, swaps market
• In-depth knowledge on Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income.
• Knowledge of MS Excel.
• Candidate should be flexible to move across the shifts.
• Knowledge on GEDA, FMS, DMS, NDA, EVAI, CAFÉ, EJV-RIGS, Deming
