About the Role

Were looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to build real tools—not just write code. You'll play a key role in designing, shipping, and scaling platforms that power one of India's leading performance and influencer marketing groups.

From internal dashboards to AI-powered creator discovery tools, we're building a suite of high-leverage tech products across our 3-agency ecosystem—some for internal ops, many evolving into SaaS-like platforms for creators, brands, and marketers.

This is a builder-meets-leader role. You'll solve real business problems with code, influence tech architecture, mentor junior devs, and slowly evolve into a Tech Lead owning systems and outcomes.

What You'll Work On

Real Tools for Real Use Cases

  • Campaign automation platforms
  • Influencer discovery & management tools
  • Influencer Marketing Web and Mobile Apps
  • Ad performance dashboards & BI layers
  • Invoice sync engines (Zoho Books Sheets Looker)
  • Web/mobile apps for creators and brands
  • AI/LLM-driven internal tools (e.g., using OpenAI, Gemini)

End-to-End Development

  • Build across frontend (React preferred) and backend & Python preferred)
  • Use and extend our stack: Supabase, AWS, Netlify, n8n, Make, OpenAI, and ad/CRM APIs
  • Set up CI/CD flows, basic monitoring, app deployments

API Integrations & System Logic

  • Work deeply with external APIs (Meta, Google, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.)
  • Build stable, scalable integrations and automate workflows

Team & Leadership

  • Guide 2–3 junior devs (code reviews, guidance)
  • Take ownership of sprints/projects from end to end
  • Contribute to hiring, team growth, and eventually become a Tech Lead

Who You Are

  • You have 2–5 years of solid full-stack experience
  • You move fast, but don't break things—speed + quality is your signature
  • You know how to figure things out when stuck—with 1st-principles, not stack overflow hacks
  • You've built real products using modern stacks (React, Node, Python, Supabase, etc.)
  • You enjoy working closely with founders, marketers, and non-tech teams
  • You love solving business problems, not just tickets
  • You're comfortable managing deployments, basic infra, and platform uptime

You'll Stand Out If You

  • Have worked on tools used internally by agencies or startups
  • Have integrated platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Zoho Books, or Pipedrive
  • Have built or scaled tools for creators, marketers, or operations teams
  • Have used n8n, Make, or Supabase before (we use all 3)
  • Have a GitHub or Notion portfolio that shows you care about quality
