Job Title: English Teacher – Karnataka State Board Syllabus

Location: Siriguppa, Ballari

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our institution in Siriguppa, Ballari. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge of English and proven experience in teaching the Karnataka State Board syllabus. The teacher will be responsible for developing students' reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills while fostering a love for the English language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English as per Karnataka State Board syllabus for assigned grades.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments in line with curriculum requirements.
• Conduct engaging classroom sessions to enhance language skills – grammar, vocabulary, and literature appreciation.
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities, staff meetings, and academic events.
• Support students in developing confidence, communication skills, and critical thinking.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English / B.A. (English) with B.Ed. (mandatory).
• Prior teaching experience in Karnataka State Board syllabus preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to manage classrooms effectively and connect with students.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
