  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree with 8 to 15 years experience / Diploma with 12 to 18 years experience in Mechanical Engineer / Civil Engineering or related fields.

  • Area of Experience: Hands on experience in the field of Building works - Residential, Commercial & Infrastructural projects.

  • Key Responsibilities / Desired Experience:

  • Designing & estimation of plumbing & sanitation systems for various types of buildings and external development of water supply, drainage, gas distribution, fire protection etc.

  • Thorough knowledge of all relevant plumbing, sanitation, fire fighting, codes, regulations & standards to ensure that the systems meet all statutory requirements.
  • Material selection and specifications with due respect to budgetary provisions.
  • Should be adept at hydraulic calculations.
  • Experience of rainwater harvesting, waste water recycling and other sustainable practices.
  • Thorough knowledge of performing inspection and tests of all plumbing & sanitary installations to check their conformity with stipulated standards.
  • Possession of plumbing sanitary systems licence from relevant statutory body would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software, hydraulic analysis tools, CAD etc.

  • Job would involve frequent site visits / stay at sites to ensure proper and timely execution of work.

  • Close co-ordination with Clients & Consultants.
