Demould is a bakery and gifting brand with a strong presence across Delhi NCR, operating out of three locations: Rohini, Mayapuri, and Kirti Nagar. We specialize in handcrafted desserts, custom cakes, gourmet hampers, and personalized gifting experiences. Our sub-brand, Delhi Gifting Company, is focused on innovative and thoughtful return gifting solutions for both social and corporate events.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and communication-savvy Social Media Manager to lead Demould's digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other platforms and the founder's personal brand. The ideal candidate should not only understand content and trends but must also have a strong grasp of brand communication.

Your core responsibility will be to clearly and creatively communicate Demould's unique selling points, offerings, client testimonials, and vibrant team culture across all platforms. This includes making content that is informative, engaging, and value-driven—so that our audience not only sees our brand but connects with it.

You will be managing content and campaigns for both Demould and our sub-brand, Delhi Gifting Company, while working closely with the founder and leadership team to translate brand ethos into compelling digital storytelling

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Content Execution

• Create and manage monthly content calendars for all platforms.
• Lead execution of daily posts, stories, reels, carousels, and stories.
• Respond to comments and direct messages, ensuring query conversion into sales leads.
• Stay current with trends and adapt them to brand content.

2. Content Bank & Calendar Management

• Set up structured systems for daily content shooting at both Mayapuri (cakes) and Kirti Nagar (hampers).
• Maintain an organized and future-ready content bank.

3. Branding & Visual Identity

• Ensure brand consistency in tone, design, and presentation.
• Align content with brand colors, language, packaging, and positioning.

4. Community Engagement & Lead Generation

• Foster engagement and growth across social platforms.
• Build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant creators.
• Building community on whatsapp and targeting existing customers.

5. PR & Influencer Outreach

• Coordinate influencer collaborations and café PR drops.
• Build relationships with bloggers and lifestyle media.
• Draft press releases and manage brand visibility.

6. Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance metrics weekly and monthly.
• Analyze data to generate insights and adapt content strategy.

7. Agency Coordination

• Liaise with external agencies for paid ads, SEO, influencer campaigns, and performance marketing.

8. Platform Management

• Manage Shopify backend: update banners, blogs, products, and pages.
• Regularly update and optimize Google My Business listings.

9. Founder's Personal Brand

• Help with planning and posting on the founder's personal LinkedIn and Instagram accounts.

10. Multi-brand Management

• Manage both Demould and Delhi Gifting Company accounts with distinct brand tones and content plans.

11. Team Leadership

• Build and supervise a content team including editors, designers, and videographers.
• Train and guide internal and outsourced resources as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role
• Strong knowledge of Instagram tools, trends, and content formats
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of branding, content aesthetics, and visual storytelling
• Basic experience with Shopify backend and Google My Business (preferred)
• Leadership experience or interest in managing creative teams
