We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Quantity Surveyor in Civil Engineering with 30 years of experience to join our team at The Charter School and Cochin International School. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and excellent project management skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Prepare and submit tenders, bids, and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and logistics to meet project requirements.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects with a focus on quantity surveying.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
