Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team for a six-month internship. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, particularly Instagram, and hands-on experience with content creation and video editing tools. Travel may be required for certain projects. Gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow the company's Instagram account, including planning, scheduling, and posting content.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories) tailored to our audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align Instagram strategy with overall brand goals.
  • Use video editing tools to create high-quality video content.
  • Monitor Instagram insights and analytics to track performance and suggest improvements.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster an active community on Instagram.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends.
  • Be open to traveling for content creation as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing/recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative with a keen eye for design.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Preferred:
  • Experience with social media management tools.
  • Managing a brand's Instagram account.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools. (Adobe XD, Figma, Canva, etc)
