Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure products meet nutritional standards and market needs.
  • Evaluate ingredients, formulations, and claims for scientific accuracy.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and nutritional research to guide product innovation.
  • Provide expert advice to customers, partners, and sales teams on product usage and nutritional value.
  • Create customized nutrition plans incorporating company products where relevant.
  • Address customer queries regarding product benefits, dietary suitability, and health outcomes.
  • Partner with marketing teams to create nutrition-focused content (blogs, articles, FAQs, social media posts).
  • Collaborate on influencer/brand campaigns by providing nutrition credibility.
  • Conduct internal training sessions for sales, customer service, and distribution teams to strengthen product knowledge.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
  • Certified/Registered Nutritionist or Dietitian (as per local regulations).
  • 3–5 years of experience in nutrition consulting, preferably in FMCG, wellness, or healthcare product companies.
  • Strong knowledge of food science, dietary supplements, and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Ability to translate scientific information into simple, customer-friendly language.

Preffered Skills:

  • Experience working with product-based companies in wellness/healthcare.
  • Familiarity with clinical trials, product validation, and consumer research.
  • Ability to create digital nutrition content (blogs, videos, social media posts).
