Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PDP Trainer located in Jalandhar. The PDP Trainer will be responsible for conducting personality development programs, training sessions, and workshops aimed at enhancing students' personal and professional skills. The trainer will also develop training materials, evaluate students' progress, and provide feedback. The role involves collaborating with faculty members and staying updated on the latest trends in personality development and training methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting personality development programs and training sessions
• Skills in developing training materials and evaluating students' progress
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with faculty members and work in a team environment
• Strong understanding of personality development and training methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
