Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and interpret biochemical investigations in alignment with clinical requirements.
- Ensure adherence to quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) protocols.
- Collaborate with pathologists, clinicians, and other medical staff for clinical correlation and interpretation of test results.
- Evaluate and validate new test methods, instruments, and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with NABL, CAP, and other regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance and training to lab technicians and junior staff.
- Review abnormal test results and provide consultative input.
- Monitor laboratory efficiency, turnaround time (TAT), and workflow optimization.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Timing : Night Shift - 10PM-6AM
