Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and interpret biochemical investigations in alignment with clinical requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) protocols.
  • Collaborate with pathologists, clinicians, and other medical staff for clinical correlation and interpretation of test results.
  • Evaluate and validate new test methods, instruments, and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with NABL, CAP, and other regulatory standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to lab technicians and junior staff.
  • Review abnormal test results and provide consultative input.
  • Monitor laboratory efficiency, turnaround time (TAT), and workflow optimization.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
