Role Overview

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor with strong leadership and organizational skills to manage housekeeping operations across client sites. The Supervisor will be responsible for leading housekeeping staff, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across assigned areas.
  • Plan, assign, and monitor work schedules of housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
  • Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and company policies.
  • Maintain housekeeping checklists, attendance, and duty rosters.
  • Manage cleaning materials, inventory, and request replenishments when needed.
  • Report maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, damages) to the Facility/Operations Manager.
  • Handle client requests, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ensure staff follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11, ₹21,971.41 per month
